The event was held on October 29 at Abdalla Hall from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Event Objectives:

• Recognizing cyber risk and threat trends           
• Identify interdependencies in coordinating public/private response to a cyber based attack;
• Understand need for a cyber response plan and allow organizations to evaluate existing plans and preparedness;
• Evaluate communications between public and private organizations in a crisis;
• Understand impact, both regionally and for separate organizations, of a loss of cyber infrastructure;
• Increase preparedness to protect the health and safety of employees and the public;
• Identify improvements to existing cyber response plans, the resultant needs (resources, planning, policy, etc.), and response thresholds;
• Meet organizations’ specific regulatory requirements for cyber response planning, training and exercises.
