Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) and the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association (LEPA) will co-host the second annual Louisiana Emergency Management Conference (LEMC) to be held in Lake Charles, Louisiana on May 4th through May 7th 2020.

The conference will include education, outreach and training tailored to the needs of federal, state and local government, business, labor, industry, agriculture, civic and volunteer organizations, and community leaders specifically pertaining to homeland security, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery and mitigation activities. Vendors will also be on display.
