As of July 1, 2014, the NIMSAT Institute is now part of the overarching Informatics Research Institute (IRI) at UL Lafayette. The new institute serves as a driver for optimization across the three Centers (including NIMSAT Institute; Center for Business & Information Technologies; NSF Center for Visual and Decision Informatics) and facilitates integration with the broader academic enterprise. Henry Chu, Ph.D. will serve as the Executive Director of IRI. Clay Rives will serve as the Director of the NIMSAT Institute.
